BOUHASS is a world-leading producer of single-use, disposable tableware for restaurants, cafeterias, and the entire food service industry. Our expansive line of paperware and plasticware includes forks, spoons, knives, cutlery, paper cups, straws, portion cups, plates, bowls, boxes, deli containers, lids, takeout containers, and accessories. We manufacture products that are available in a variety of papers and plastics such as heat-resistant PLA, PP, PET, HIPS, MFPP, kraft, polystyrene, & more. With manufacturing sites headquartered in both the western cape and China, and distribution channels located through out South Africa and neighbouring countries, BOUHASS is able to offer its customers economical pricing and high-quality products with a dependable supply chain flow.
We currently serve 5 of the 6 top fast food chains in South Africa and are excited to provide our customers with a one-stop solution to all of their tableware needs. As a global manufacturer and distributor of both paper and plastic products, we understand our responsibility to the environment and our community. Our goal at BOUHASS is to improve the lives of many South Africans by supplying all the necessary equipment and tools ideal for start-ups, small businesses, big and established businesses, or any other catering need at a competitive price.
With this we hope not only to help certain individuals but also contribute to a better economy for South Africa as a whole. South Africa has one of the highest unemployment rates worldwide and it is not because our people don’t want to work. Quite the opposite. We believe that South Africa is a nation willing to work hard and determined to rise above our challenges and difficult circumstances..

At BOUHASS, we believe we have a responsibility to help protect our world. The decisions we make, the way we plan our business, the direction we set in giving back to the community, all stem from an understanding of how we can positively influence the environment around us.
We have begun plans to expand our current paper operations in 2026 with expansion into a neighbouring Zimbabwe and Botswana, as well as continuing our research for expansion of our biodegradable offerings.
